If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please make sure to contact us immediately after receiving your order.

If you receive an item in the wrong size or color than what you originally ordered, simply email or WhatsApp us a picture of the item(s) showing:

  • The size tag

  • The original packaging

We’ll arrange the correct item to be shipped out within the same week.

For regular exchanges (e.g. changing size or style due to personal preference), a 25 AED exchange fee applies.
